**Job Description Summary**: Project Planning Executive is responsible for overseeing the entire Order fulfilment process from order booking to delivery and invoicing for Grid Automation CEAP region.

This role ensures Customer Orders are processed accurately, timely and efficiently, meeting all company standards and customer expectations.

**1. Order Processing**
- Receive and review Customer orders for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and update orders in the company Order Management System
- Coordinate with the Country Sales Team to address ay order discrepancies or issues

**2. Logistics Coordination**
- Arrange and coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with Manufacturing Units and Logistics providers
- Track and manage the shipment process to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any issues relating to shipping delays or discrepancies

**3.Customer Communication**
- Provide order status updates to customers and address any inquiries or concerns
- Handle customer complaints and returns with Aftersales Support Team, ensuring a satisfactory resolution

**4. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and inventory transactions
- Prepare regular reports on orders status
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Order fulfilment process

**5. Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Country Sales, Operations Team, Manufacturing Units, Logistics Providers to ensure seamless order fulfilment process
- Provide Support and assist Team members in achieving departmental and company goals
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve order related issues
- Collaborate with IT/SAP Support, Finance to ensure the order management system meets the business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Admin or a related field
- Proven 5-7 years experience in Order Fulfilment, logistics or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in SAP workflows and MSOffice
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve Order fulfilment processes
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Hybrid Workplace with regular interactions with Manufacturing Units of different time zone
