CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

**Key responsibilities would include**:
As a key user of TOUCH software

Handle requests for new positions on vessels

Assist with data entry, verify data are set up correctly, upload certificates, create unpaid leave etc.

Create EUP tickets and conduct training for new joiners

To process sign on/ sign off upon request of crewing/ payroll/ training/ P&I teams.

To communicate to all parties involved important reminders about TOUCH features / processes or new upgrades / functions.

Assistance with documentation including updating of software and arranging courier services

Verification of invoices for accuracy

Preparing data analyis and reports

Assistance in EUP requests

Perform ad hoc tasks upon Managers and crewing team request.

**This role is opened for local employment only.

We will only consider applicants who have received, or are willing to receive by the date of recruitment, the full regimen of a WHO EUL vaccine (examples include Pfizer-BioNTech/COMIRNATY, Moderna, Sinovac-CoronaVac, and AstraZeneca). Proof of vaccination will be required.
