**Job responsibilities**:

- Mobile or fixed core network voice solution delivery, including service delivery solution preparation in pre-sale phase, HLD/LLD design, hardware installation, software commissioning, integration, acceptance testing, software upgrade, service migration and maintenance.
- Act as the technical director in the project delivery team, manage a technical team of 3 ~ 6 engineers.
- Monitor and manage project progress, reporting to management team with progress and issues. Ensure completion of projects within timeline and scope of work.
- Arrange the technical workshop with customers, including planning team, operation team.
- Share knowledge to team and provide technical assistance to them.
- Act as the mentor of new employees.To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team.

**Job requirements**:

- 8 + years’ experience in telecom equipment vendor hands-on experience in voice solution design, deployment, service migration and maintenance.
- Experience in swapping other vendor’s core network voice solution equipment is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Core Network system including IMS, CS, NGN.
- Thorough knowledge of VoLTE service, VoBB service, CS/NGN service, interfaces, protocols, etc.
- Strong knowledge of NFV/CloudOS/VNFM/IP.
- Strong sense of integrity, responsibility and initiative.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
- Self-organized, able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.2 years contract with benefits.
