Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a 5G Core Network Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure, operate and maintain a telco-grade 5G Core platform and supporting infrastructure in a laboratory environment;
  • Perform detailed technical assessment, troubleshooting and analysis of 5G Core-related technologies/operation;
  • Assist users of the system to familiarize with the experimental platform, 5G Core architecture and functionality;
  • Conduct training for internal audiences on 5G-related technologies using in-house testbeds as instructional platforms;
  • Presentation on 5G-related technical topics to internal audiences.
Requirements:
  • Background in 5GC architecture and Core network functions with good understanding of 5G network architecture, protocols and standards (e.g., 3GPP);
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in operation and/or implementation of 4G/5G Core networks. Experience with Nokia/Ericsson 5GC preferred;
  • Familiarity with IP networking/connectivity and routing/switching protocols/techniques (IPV4/IPV6, BGP, IGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) would be advantageous;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to be proactive and lead in a multi-stakeholder environment, and flexibility to take on tasks outside of normal job routine.
