**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Leverage industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe XD to create high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into innovative and effective design solutions.
- Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback to continuously improve designs.
- Produce a well-rounded portfolio showcasing project work, emphasizing a deep understanding of project objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Clearly and effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist product engineers in implementing designs and resolving design-related challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements or new methods.
- Continuously advocate for the user, ensuring customer needs are met beyond the obvious through an intuitive design approach.
- Tackle challenges creatively and solve problems effectively, adapting to project needs and audience requirements.

**Qualifications**

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in all aspects of the design process, from ideation to execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing design systems and UI kits.

**Skills & Tools**:

- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe XD.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for problem-solving.
- Ability to synthesize and act on user feedback effectively.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Dynamic and engaging personality with a proactive approach to improving processes and designs.
