Project Specialist

onsemi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Project Specialist **to join its Central Engineering team. The incumbent, equipped with advanced Microsoft Office and Project Management skills, will play a crucial role in supporting the team’s program management efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in program planning, execution, and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Create and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Support Agile methodologies by tracking tasks, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and dashboards for program stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Track project metrics and generate performance reports (incl statistical analysis)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or Program management
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Pivot Tables
- Leadership skills - experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, English proficiency is a must
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
