The role of a Project Coordination Specialist is to lead project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. This involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet requirements, budget, and schedule.
">The specialist will oversee daily project operations, quality, client communications, and reporting. They will develop specifications and plans in compliance with norms, regulations, and EHS standards.
">Ensuring quality control of deliverables and adherence to schedules and safety standards is crucial in this role. The specialist will support procurement, conduct technical bid analysis, and manage supplier/contractor contracts.
">Control of project costs, schedules, resources, contingencies, and on-site contractors is also vital. The specialist will maintain project documentation and ensure smooth handover to internal customers.
">Documentation Management involves maintaining and updating site drawings, specifications, and project documentation. The specialist will manage project records from concept study to final handover.
">Requirements:
">A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline is required for this role. 2-5 years of experience in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation engineering are necessary.
">Familiarity with basic usage of SAP (Project module), Microsoft Project, and Autocad is essential. Knowledge of GMP requirements would be advantageous.
">Maintaining and supporting all site activities according to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS (ISO 9001 & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)) is critical.
