Climate Impact X (CIX) is a Singapore-based global carbon exchange and marketplace that aims to scale the voluntary carbon market; through a joint venture by DBS, SGX, Standard Chartered and Temasek.
CIX offers distinct platforms and products that cater to the needs of different carbon credit buyers and sellers. The Exchange facilitates the sale of large-scale high-quality carbon credits through standardised contracts - catering primarily to MNCs and institutional investors. The Project Marketplace and Auction offer a curated selection of NCS projects that can meet corporate sustainability objectives. Each project on the Project Marketplace and Auction is supported by transparent impact, risk and pricing data.

**Marketing Manager, Digital Demand Generation**:
CIX is looking for a Marketing Manager who owns and executes B2B lead generation campaigns to support the sales function acquire new customers and achieving revenue targets. You will partner with SDR (external agency), Sales and Customer Success to help build an active sales pipeline for CIX Marketplace, Auction, Spot and Data solutions. The role will be based in Singapore.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Design digital demand generation and lead nurture campaigns which generate net new leads to meet commercial targets (using paid search, social, display, CRM, webinars and events).
- Prepare content and design creatives to support digital marketing campaigns working with an agency.
- Create and optimize campaign landing pages and forms in campaign activations, where needed
- A/B test or execute Demand Generation experiments that continually optimize campaigns.
- Ensure content and design adhere to brand identity guidelines
- Optimise digital channel performance measurement and analysis capability (including tag set up and reporting)
- Ensure compliance to regional data privacy and opt-in legislation, such as 'Do Not' Registers (DNCR, DNMR and related)
- Ensure campaign executions are within budget and timelines
- Using Pardot and Salesforce reports/tools to track, measure and analyze campaign performance, lead volumes and pipeline impact metrics, including ROI.
- Interlock with the Sales Development Representatives (outsourced) and Sales team to track lead generation, lead conversion and feedback on campaign outcomes.
- Continually identify opportunities for improvement through quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback
- Present performance results and insights to management and wider team on a regular basis
**Key requirements**:
- Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training / experience
- 8+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS.
- Proven track record in executing successful digital paid media campaigns for demand generation and pipeline building.
- Experience in developing, delivering, managing, optimizing and measuring paid digital campaigns
- Hands-on execution with effective task and time management skills
- Self-directed team player who can work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Can-do attitude and ready to "roll up the sleeves" to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth, specialist knowledge of running campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
- Metric-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Operational knowledge and experience with A/B multivariate testing, first-party and third-party data segments and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of best practices and audience behaviours in digital advertising channels
- Strong acumen in data analytics, marketing metrics and segmentation
- Ability to synthesise data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff
