As a Demand Generation Specialist, you are the one to connect with potential customers and inspire the world to work safer, healthier, and better.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Demand Generation Specialist to join our international marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth across Bullard's product range in the international regions. This position reports to the International Marketing Manager based in Singapore and will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads to the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the growth of sales and market share of Bullard’s complete range of emergency responder and industrial health and safety products
• Drive end-user engagement and increase demand through marketing-driven initiatives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation (graphics, videos, blogs) across multi-channels.
• Promote content through email, social media, and other channels to generate new leads.
• Track and optimize campaign performance for lead conversion.
• Nurture and follow up leads to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to sales.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support channel partner training and market expansion.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and provide market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the International Marketing Manager.
• Travel as necessary to support demand generation activities

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Preferred proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa), Malay, or other Southeast Asia languages, with strong written and spoken English as the working language.
• Proven experience in content creation, including graphics, videos, blogs, and digital advertising.
• Strong experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Line, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc..
• Ability to collaborate globally, manage campaigns independently, and deliver impactful results.
• Preferably with a background in industrial business, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, and distribution channel management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires travel to support sales efforts and industry events.
• Must be able to lift and transport up to 10 kg, including product samples and marketing materials, particularly when traveling to support industry events.
