1. Assist the Head of Sports & Recreation in all administrative-related tasks and provide support in facilitating meetings, taking minutes during the meetings, liaising with various parties and assisting the Sports Team to ensure an efficient and effective operation of the department.

2. To work closely with the respective sports sections, the incumbent is to assist in promoting and organizing all sports and recreation activities and events within and for the club so as to provide members with a wide spectrum of sporting programs, activities and events to participate in.

3. To work closely with SCC sports tournament committees under his/her purview.

4. To promote and develop sports networks with other clubs with a view to upgrade the status of sports and recreation in the Club.

5. Liaison and correspondence with various organizing committees, sports sections officials, National Sports Associations, vendors, contractors and other departments of the Club to facilitate said activities.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Administration, Minutes Taking, Customer Service, Events
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
