Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Programme Executive, Sports to join our team. As a key member of our sports and lifestyle department, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sports management to take their career to the next level.

  • Plan and execute sports and lifestyle activities
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote sports and lifestyle activities
  • Propose new activities for the section/department
  • Manage day-to-day administration and operations of sport & lifestyle facilities
  • Attend to members enquiries on programmes and activities
  • Responsible for monthly billing incurred by Members for activities
  • Provide secretarial/administrative support to the relevant Standing and Sub-committees
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Diploma in Events Management, Sports Management, or a related discipline
  • At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in planning and executing successful events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Resourceful, independent, and a team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to be present at Club events, including those held on weekends and public holidays
