Job Title: Assistant Manager

We're hiring an experienced professional to take on the role of Assistant Manager. This individual will be responsible for attracting new clients via marketing campaigns, managing daily operations of sports events and training programs, liaising with venues, scheduling resources, and overseeing quality control.

  • Attract new clients through targeted marketing efforts and direct outreach.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of sports events and training programs.
  • Liaise with venues and schedule resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee quality control and implement processes to maintain high standards.
  • Recruit, coordinate, and supervise freelance instructors and facilitators.
  • Track program data and maintain compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people management, operations, and event planning skills.
