**About the Department**:
The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
You will provide day-to-day infrastructure support to branches ensuring a conducive branch environment to deliver superior customer experience and workplace safety. You will also be required to leverage on data analytics and insights to review and support Branch Network Projects and Initiatives. It is important that you are a critical thinker and problem solver; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Branch Redesign
Formulate business requirements, setup branch in partnership with supporting departments within and outside GCD

Branch Transformation Projects / New Initiatives
Conceptualize, plan and drive projects end-to-end, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and monitor progress against established milestones
Active project management and ability to provide project status updates, risks, and issues to Stakeholders and ManagementInfrastructure support for Branches
Work closely with stakeholders to upkeep branch environment and queue system and continuous improvement to uplift network resilience, operational efficiency and workplace safety

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in financial industry, some experience in project management preferred
Strategic, innovative, self-motivated and resourceful
Effective communicator, proven track records in stakeholder managements skills
Team player with positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
