**About the Department**:
**Responsibilities**:
1.Financial Planning & Operations

Pursue process automation for productivity, accuracy & business continuity

Concentrate on running the finance aspect of UOBAMS (in financial operations, reporting & tax matters etc.)

2.Financial, AUM & Regulatory Reporting

Ensure 100% reporting accuracy, timeliness & completeness

3.Performance Management Reporting

Consolidate & ensure accuracy of regional data for BSC reporting

4.Data Governance & Management

Work with D&D on financial & AUM data governance

Continue to improve AUM data report workflow & format

5.Regional Finance Office (Policy Execution)

Work with regional finance offices to implement policies by Operational Planning Unit

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or professional qualification in business or banking / financial services areas
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience preferably within planning, reporting and finance
- Solid knowledge of banking and financial services regulations, and strong understanding of financial products and systems
- Strong stakeholder management experience demonstrated in prior roles (including managing external interfaces)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to positive influence people to make appropriate decisions, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and critical thinking in scenarios that are complex and highly sensitive
