**JOB SUMMARY**
This role will support the Asia Pacific Marketing Technology team in planning and managing the strategic development, execution and optimization of Marriott’s members marketing and communication efforts in Asia Pacific excluding China. This person will help to analyze business data, provide insights on member behaviors, and manage implementation of projects to improve direct channel bookings and member activation across markets. This role will report to Director, Marketing Technology, Asia Pacific.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
- 7+ years of digital marketing, digital analytics, marketing orchestration or e-commerce experience
- An accredited college or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with travel industry, hospitality and/or Internet Technology is a plus
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English
**Experiences applicable to the Job**
- Solid understanding of database technology and data transformation
- Experience in Customer Experience tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar products
- Highly advanced abilities with Excel software or similar data manipulation tools
- Strong knowledge in using SQL/HTML/CSS
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
- Led multiple successful product and feature launch, with experience from requirements gathering to design and delivery
- Demonstrated experience and success in a highly matrixed cross functional organization

- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and enhance data feeds, tagging requirements, system integrations pertaining to Asia Pacific excluding China’s needs
- Support Director of Marketing Technology in gap analysis, and roadmap for Martech in Asia Pacific excluding China
