The Seagate Human Resources team is looking for a forward-thinking, solutions oriented Human Resources Business Partner. The Human Resources Business Partner will support the business by providing a comprehensive, professional, and efficient HR service. This involves supporting employee engagement activities on site and across the Asia region, solving organisational challenges with people-related solutions aligned to our core values, while showing a commitment to provide a great employee experience for our employees through all phases of their careers. This role will be responsible for supporting managers and employees across the organisation as well as influencing and executing our people-related strategy.
We are a dynamic and fast paced organization and is looking for a colleague who is excited about trying new things and offering a creative yet efficient approach to people programmes.
**About the role - you will**:
- Be an agile and flexible business partner to run daily operations as site HR to be employee champion to improve our employee experience to playing a strategic business partner and trusted advisor role to senior business leaders where you are a catalyst to enhancing their leadership effectiveness.
- Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, employee relations and development, talent reviews, absence management and employee engagement. Understand the business climate, represent unique business needs. Be a role model and guide for employees. Champion, promote and demonstrate our culture of Integrity, Inclusion, and Innovation
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions. Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of inclusive, global HR Programs, in close collaboration with our HR Centres of Excellence. Lead and participate in local or global project teams on HR projects and initiatives and be expected to positively influence decisions to improve business results by acting as the voice of the employee base and with individual managers.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
**Your experience includes**:
- Skilled communicator with ability to build and influence relationships across all levels in the organization to drive organization change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
- Experience in the development and delivery of employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Change management experience and comfortable to operate in an organization that is moving quickly
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- At least three years’ experience working in a HR Business Partner role or a Senior HR Generalist role
