- Assist RE and QPs on site to ensure that all works comply fully

with regulatory and client's requirements.
- Work closely with QP(Str), QP(Arch) and other key project

stakeholders, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide

planning, monitoring and supervision leadership not only to

solve site problems, but also to quality, timely completion of the

projects.
- Assist to implement and sustain the site supervision quality &
safety assurance system.
- Carry out supervision of structural, civil and building works by

identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
- Understand drawings & contract documents in carrying out the

works.
- Carry out regular site checks on contractor works & ensure

compliance with technical requirements and health and work

safety in accordance with MOM regulation.
- Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site

meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as

built submissions etc., are well managed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in C&S Engineering from an institute accredited by the

Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
- Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with

BCA/IES/ACES
- Minimum 5 years of C&S and architectural work experience in

supervision of industrial development with good knowledge of

structural and building works, precast structures, structural steel,

post-tensioned and local construction practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Good supervisory and leadership skills.
- Good team player.
