- Resident Technical for residential development (non-HDB)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supervision of Civil and Structural works (additional experience in Architectual and MEP works is a plus)
- Polytechnic gradudate or equivalent qualification
- Registered with BCA and accredited with the JAC (IES-ACES)
- Conversant in local legislation, regulations, codes;
- Residential project (non HDB);
