**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently in order to communicate with stakeholders and customers from Greater China region.**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in influencing and working with executives internally and externally.
- Experience in messaging and presentations to the technical level of an audience.
- Experience in growing and developing scaled programs.
- Experience in driving, prioritizing multiple initiatives, and presenting to executive leadership.
- Knowledge of the localization domain from a customer perspective, including multilingual content strategy, quality assurance, inclusive localization and machine translation capabilities.
- Ability to work in a matrix stakeholder structure, or successfully manage complex internal and external relationships.

**About the job**:

As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the overall Global Business Solutions Localization program, delivering consultations to Google's strategic clients across Google’s advertising business.
- Develop and scale Localization solutions through collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and other internal teams.
- Manage multiple multilingual product opportunities and lead the multilingual campaign solutions roadmap for the organization. Oversee and operate delivery of geo and language opportunities at scale across multiple account teams.
- Consult Google’s strategic export customers in e-commerce and gaming to provide specific, data-informed, and actionable advice to improve localization strategy across devices, conversion rates and business results.
- Develop the Localization provider ecosystem by effectively managing relationships with the existing partners, identifying and onboarding partners to support across additional payment challenges. Collaborate with Sales teams and International Growth Consultants on client services, summits, and engagement plans.
