**ROLE OVERVIEW**
FOREO is seeking a self-driven and visionary Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our brand in the region, driving consumer engagement, and achieving ambitious growth targets.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, tech, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a resourceful, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the marketing strategy, including vision, consumer focus, and targets by hero products, categories, and channels.
- Establish clear roles and business mix between devices and skincare to maximize growth.
- Lead team strategy sessions to define action plans, KPIs, and investments at the campaign level.
- Channel & Campaign Excellence
- Review and refine channel strategies (e.g., hero product focus, assortment, and communication) to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Drive awareness and ROI through innovative KOL (Key Opinion Leader), PR and social media strategies.
- Oversee content creation and execution, ensuring alignment with trends and brand identity.
- Team Collaboration & Execution
- Organize and lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns across social/digital, PR, retail, CRM, and training initiatives.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring follow-through and accountability across all projects.
- Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Achieve measurable results, such as growth in social media engagement, increase in sales, or improvement in brand awareness.
