**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing strategies for our beauty services, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimise social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with our graphic designer to produce compelling and visually appealing ad content that resonates with our target audience.
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, acting as the bridge between marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative execution.
- Develop and execute traditional marketing campaigns, such as print collateral, events, and partnerships, to complement digital efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO optimisation to enhance our website's visibility on search engines.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continually improve strategies.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI through well-structured SEM efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the development and execution of the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touch points and campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience minimum 2 years in successfully managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and a track record of improving search engine rankings and website traffic.
- Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, and performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of the beauty retail industry, with a finger on the pulse of current trends and consumer behaviour.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative flair to contribute innovative ideas to our marketing campaigns and content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organzational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
