**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization.
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
- Good understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns through social media using digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential target audiences.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials with accurate information.
- Help manage and update the company’s social media profiles.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, assist with marketing budgets, and other ad-hoc duties.
- Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Mid-career switch individuals and little to no experience individuals may apply.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
- Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,670.00 per month
