**About Us**

Our core business is providing estate planning services.

We build our distribution channels through professionals who would like to provide estate planning solutions, by onboarding them after they have completed our courses.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Associate/Manager to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition to achieve sales revenues and productivity standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
- Develop marketing events and campaigns and to support, to organise various Marketing activities like monthly seminars/webinars to increase the productivity of our distribution channels and improve branding of Precepts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

**Required/Preferred Competencies**
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and branding.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-driven, resourceful and results oriented.
- Skilled in presenting to a large variety of audiences.
- Present proposals to the Management on marketing strategies to get buy-in.
- High level of integrity with accountability of work and good attitude.
- Excellent EQ, problem solving, lead generation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Prior exposure to finance, insurance, marketing or business development is preferred.

**More information**:

- Location: Central (Tanjong Pagar)
- Expected Start Date: Immediate
- From $3,000, negotiable and can be increased accordingly based on prior experience.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
