**Talent Acquisition Specialist - Job Description**:
**Position**: Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Location**: Singapore
**Department**: Human Resources
**Reports To**: Head of HR / Talent Acquisition Manager
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- **Compliance**: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within Singapore.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Certifications**: HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with Singapore's labor market trends and employment regulations.
