Aquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Singapore on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building relationships with hiring teams, and using data to support hiring recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and engaging top talent
- Managing candidate experience and ensuring they receive the best possible experience in line with our values
- Building strong relationships with hiring teams and other People teams
- Using data to support hiring recommendations and optimize recruitment processes

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an adaptable self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to use data to build narratives and influence change, as well as think critically and creatively to solve problems.
