The Job

**Key responsibilities areas**:
Conceptualise, plan and execute campaigns and events to engage customers in order to grow brand awareness, engagement and equity.
Social media - create, curate content, engage with community.
Collaborate with partners to develop programmes to provide the community with meaningful and engaging experiences.
Work with the product innovation and data science teams to achieve key business objectives.
Engage with customers at all relevant touch points to improve brand interaction, contributing to growth in brand equity.
Serving customers’ needs and requests to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Manage conversations with customers at all customer touch points.

**Key Competencies**:
You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Brand / Product Management within Industrial industry.
Experience within New Product Development and Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel would be a strong advantage.
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
