**About the Position**

Being the Finance Business Partner to Sourcing ELTs on all financial related activities and as a thought partner for strategic decisions for the assigned divisions/functions, drive insights and identify opportunities.

Providing expertise in financial modeling, reporting and controls for the formulation and implementation of supply chain business strategy

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Build the roadmap and tracking mechanism for Savings Initiative Tracking, piloting with GMS and GPC playing a key role in driving the measurement of cost saving by partnering with business and Corporate. Will continue to explore feasibility and timeline to include other functions/initiatives.

Support transition of COGS Guidance to GMS and GPC while maintaining oversight on product cost impact calculation methodology. Strengthen connection with regional finance/brands team in product cost communication and opportunities.

Provide thought leadership on cost optimization through deep dive analysis of previous POs and impacts of product mix decisions from brands

Identify and conduct raw material/product liability risk assessment on suppliers’ claims, provide recommendation for mitigation measurements

Being the thought partner to Sourcing VP(s) to manage its Opex/Capex spending and through data analytics and make recommendation on future planning and opportunities

Lead to optimize liability claim process through simplification and standardization across hubs in a timely manner

Partner with other FBP to ensure inputs from GMS and costing are aligned in forward forecast model and FY24 FOB budget.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience at a multinational company, with strong experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Proficient in Excel Modeling and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Proven record of leadership and accomplishment in a multi-national environment
- Degree holder in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration preferred, but other disciplines considered
- Is a team player and has demonstrated ability to collaborate across distances and organizational boundaries
- Strong curiosity. Ask “Why” and not just “What” and “How”.
- Experience in handling complex business issues involving various stakeholders and navigating in a matrix environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
