Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our fuel kiosk business team. You will work with the Department Manager head to manage different aspects of the business operations, including management reporting, data mining and/or analytics tools to support existing and new business area(s).

**Job Description**:

- Ensure 24/7 business continuity of the business operations, anticipate exceptions and introduce effective solutions to mitigate disruptions.
- Identify past fuel sales trend and provide support in the future business targets forecasting.
- Conduct business analysis and study market intelligence to identify business leads and grow them.
- Identifying business gaps and develop business operational processes and practices to improve business efficiency and productivity and ensure continuity of the effort to implement improvements to the business.
- Prepare monthly business performance reports and presentation to the management.
- Oversee daily administration and ensure sufficient stock supply at the fuel kiosks
- Timely verification of purchases, reconciliation and invoicing.

Job Requirements
- Education Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent; local university preferred
- Minimum 2 years's experience in operational management with proven administrative experience(s)
- Strong written and presentation skills, keen eye for details
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Good communications skill and able to work together as a team and in individual.
- Willing to take on challenges and work well in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills.
