WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
Responsible for the accurate assessment of claim within the standard turnaround time and authority limit. Ensure claims settlements are dealt with efficiently and that payment for valid claims is made to policyholders. Always ensure proper control and administration claim matters.
- Roles and Responsibilities:_- Assess claims in fair and accurate manner and authorize claims payment within authority limit- Ensure claims are being processed within the standard turnaround time and claim pay outs are made according to the policy benefits- Proactively follow through outstanding claim matters- Regular review and update claims Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).- Answer inquires relating to claims processing promptly and able to effectively communicate and explain decision to the management and distribution force on claim matters- Ensure claims function delivered is in compliant with regulatory requirements and the Company’s policy and practices- Analyse claim data, monitor claim trend and prepare relevant reports- Provide support in handling risk control and audit related matters- Assist on general administration and any allocated tasks as and when required.- May develop and deliver functional / technical training in claim related areas
- Requirements:_- Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in the field of Business Management, Insurance, and Medical Science-
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong initiative- Customer-oriented with good teamwork and good communication skills- Highly disciplined, independent, organised, result-oriented and analytical.- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to adapt in fast paced environment
