**The Opportunity**:
Lin Sheng Group is looking for an experienced and passionate **Assistant to Managing Director, Singapore **to help our commodities trading business. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position requires a professional visionary who enjoys collaborative problem solving in a cross-functional environment.

**Job description**:

- Cooperate with the company's development strategy and be responsible for implementing the company's various systems. Provide high-level operational and strategic support to Linsheng Group: provide advice and solutions related to business operations;
- Responsible for collecting information and data related to various policies and industries, and providing reference and suggestions for the chairman's decision-making;
- Responsible for in-depth exploration of the company's partners, accurately understand the needs of partners, design solutions and implement them;
- Responsible for the decomposition, arrangement, communication and coordination and implementation tracking of key work items assigned by the chairman.
- Assist the chairman to communicate with various departments, track the implementation of the tasks assigned by the chairman, and provide real-time feedback on the implementation;
- Promote and integrate the work progress of the business team, follow up the summary and review work of the business team, and improve the efficiency of communication and collaboration with various business departments;
- Responsible for arranging and organizing regular meetings of the chairman and various large-scale meetings, preparing meeting documents, making meeting minutes, and tracking the implementation of work;
- Master degree or above, 30-40 years old;
- More than 3 years of assistant to the chairman/MD and more than 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of commodities;
- Need to cooperate with the chairman to plan overseas funds and plan the group's foreign investment;
- Integrate the resources of the group, revitalize the capital flow of the enterprise, and realize the appreciation of capital income;
- Familiar with commodity trading process, hedging and other businesses;
- Assist the chairman in business meetings and business negotiations;
- Excellent multitasking capability, systematic, independent, and understand how to meet schedule under multi-task pressure;
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, including staff;
- Possess strong decision-making ability and take the initiative to solve problems;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
