**Responsibilities**
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Support the development and implementation of compliance processes
- Help prepare compliance reports and documentation for regulatory purposes
- Assist in the analysis of compliance issues and recommend improvements
- Participate in compliance reviews and assessments
- Support the team in organizing and maintaining compliance records

**Requirements**:

- Pursing a degree in in business, finance, law, or a related field
- Skills in the Microsoft Office suite is preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills
- Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
