**About The Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Compliance Intern** to join our Compliance team in Singapore. This internship offers hands-on exposure to regulatory frameworks, risk assessment processes, internal policies, and corporate governance. You will play a supporting role in helping the team ensure that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.

**Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Assist in reviewing and updating internal compliance documentation and policies.
- Perform client onboarding and assist with compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory and company requirements.
- Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and presentations.
- Participate in audits and investigations by gathering documentation and organizing files.
- Maintain and update compliance registers and risk assessments.
- Support the team in any other ad hoc compliance projects or tasks as required.

**About You**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in compliance or legal field is a plus but not required.
