**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide oversight of compliance related process. Manage compliance matters around all regulatory and legal requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, identify and proactively review and update compliance practices - particularly to be in line with MAS regulation.
- Advice the company and business on compliance related matters to ensure the company are within the regulations boundary and compliance.
- Conduct training to all staff on compliance policies.
- Assess the risks and controls for new products and services as well as developing and maintain the enterprise-wide risk assessment.
- Keep abreast to industry development as well as best practice in compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Law, Finance or related fields
- At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in compliance related roles in the Financial Industry. Experience in the payment industry is preferred.
- Understanding of Payment Service Act and other current regulations affecting the payment industry
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills and can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and strong policy-making capability are required.
- High ethical and integrity standards, self-driven, fast learning and independence are required
- Certification in compliance-related professional (e.g. ACAMS) is preferred but not required.
