**Our team and the role we are hiring for**

We are seeking a **Manager/Specialist,** **Talent Acquisition (Corporate) **who will be responsible for hiring the best talent for Doctor Anywhere, across our tech teams in the SEA region. You are an experienced recruiter who has a nose for talent in the Tech industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with HRBP and hiring managers in our Commercial and Corporate teams to deeply understand our organization structure, priorities, opportunities and key business drivers to drive recruiting strategies across these teams.
- Be a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on hiring the best talent and designing talent strategies to hire for commercial/growth roles across Southeast Asia.
- Build a robust talent pipeline through engagement with universities, companies, interest and network groups in the tech startup/healthcare industry.
- This is an individual contributor role, with potential to grow into a people manager.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for corporate and business roles.
- Proven track record with closing roles across all levels from entry/junior to senior manager level.
- Experience hiring across Southeast Asia strongly preferred. Start-up experience is highly desired.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and demonstrate strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
- You have a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style with a positive customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite and BambooHR.
- Comfortable with fast paced operations and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
