**FINANCE and OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE**

**Responsibilities**

**1: Full set Accounts**:

- Maintain a full set of accounts and prepare monthly and year-end financial statements
- Handle AR and AP in Accounting Software
- Manage debtors control to ensure timely collection of trade debts.
- Prepare quarterly and annual forecasts
- Government and legal documentation
- Strong knowledge of Belgian GAAP and taxation regulations
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch language.

**2: Customer Relationships Management**
- Being the first point of engagement with customers
- Responding to customer enquiries on the phone promptly and accurately
- Maintaining documentation in an orderly and comprehensive manner
- Performing general office administrative and support duties

**3: Operations**
- Office administrative schedules

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Accountancy
- 10 year of full set accounting experience preferred
- Excellent with Expert M Software/YUKI software/Silverfin Software, Microsoft Office
- Accon Annual Accounts - Syneton Admin-IS
- Committed, passionate, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
