**Up to $3,500 + Transport Allowance**:

- **5 Days work week**

This role is the direct support to the manager in data analysis, strategizing inventory planning, solution & execute activities to improve supply chain, managing Logistics & Inventory Management activities to meet customers and company’s expectation.

**Improve Logistics Activities**
- Assist the Manager to Identify the parts business requirement & setup the required business unit within the section.
- To familiarize with various functions within the Logistics Management Department and look for improvement & create the procedure for each task.
- Assist the Manager to detect any issue with our Parts operation.

**Perform Business Continuous Improvement Activities**
- Perform continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
- Perform identification of business requirements.
- Assist Manager to integrate various functions and perform as a Supply Chain.
- Coordinate activities to improve quality of Parts services.

**Perform Material Handling and Coordination**
- Administrate document control for audit trail.
- Generate report for statistics and management review.
- Administrate workflow procedure for improvement in efficiency within Logistics Management.
- Develop materials plan and compile forecast to fulfil customers’ orders.
- Participate in Stock Inventory control.

**Perform Safety and Health Tasks**
- Report WSH incidents
- Coordinate WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
- Suggest WSH solutions to address localized shortcomings in existing processes
- Perform safety and health risk assessment
- Comply to safety, health and operational quality standards

**Perform Technology Application Tasks**

**Educational Requirements**
- Diploma / Advance Diploma / Degree (Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management)
