1.Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound of inventory such as:

- Managing and tally incoming stock according with relevant documents
- Data processing of incoming stock into system accurately
- Generate DO and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly
- Handling on virtual goods (i.e. software license) delivery

2.Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow such as
- Procurement Team: Handling stock discrepancies and resolve issue efficiently. Alignment of product warranty.
- Finance Team: Correspond with each other on required documents
- Sales Team: Stock movement and stock usage

3.Arrangement of order fulfilment schedule for in-house drivers

4.Generate and maintain logistic-related reports in an orderly manner

5.Perform other administrative tasks assigned such as filing
- **Requirements**:_
- Cheerful personality with good learning attitude. Self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Ability to multi-tasking, can perform in fast-paced work environment
- Co-ordinate with other departments in regards with the stock movement/ transfer/ return & delivery matters.
- Proficient in MS Office

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
