Singapore Singapore Cancer Society Full time

Reporting to the Manager, you will be in charge of specific cancer awareness campaigns to promote upstream cancer prevention, youth engagement projects and to work on ad-hoc projects when required.

**Key Responsibilities**

Cancer Awareness Campaign
- Execute concepts through various platforms such as media and publicity - media buy, collateral and video production
- Organise virtual and ground activities - webinars, forums, talks, exhibitions and roadshows
- Coordinate sub-committee meetings
- Provide secretariat support for the sub committees - minutes, agenda, reports
- Work with colleagues within/outside department to seek sponsorship and collaboration
- Working with partners to solicited for funding for the campaigns
- Identify potential influencers and personalities for the various campaigns

Youth and School engagement
- Build long term relationship with educational institutions
- Promote cancer awareness and advocacy among students through direct outreach as well as via student projects eg. inter-school competition
- Coordinate and organise virtual school talks (pre-schools, primary, secondary)
- Plan and coordinate the interschool competition
- Influence and educate youths on cancer
- Conceptualise and plan youth programmes
- Serve as client to student project teams and provide advice
- Engage and work with relevant stakeholders to reach out to youths

Support Functions
- Annual report write up for the campaigns
- Manage phone calls for events registrations and taking other queries
- Assist in department events and activities

**Criteria**
- Relevant degree in marketing or communications
- Preferably with 4 years of related marketing experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and on selected weekends
- Team player who can work with people from different backgrounds
- Able to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
