**1. **Online Platform Management**

a. Mentor and Befriend: Connect with students, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the youths via C3’s in-house online platform.

b. Growth and Outreach: Outreach and source out viable connections to increase impact’s reach. Strategize with the team on how we can effectively reach more youths who would benefit from the programme via traditional means, partnerships and social media. Reach out to and build relationships with community and corporate partners to further enhance existing programmes or activities.

c. Assist with programme and event planning

**2. **After school engagement**

a. Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the ACE Programmes, that includes planning and conducting programmes that will develop the students’ social and emotional competencies.

b. Responsible for the maintenance of students’ activity centre

c. To observe and identify key needs of the youths. When interacting and organising activities with the youths, find opportunities to elicit their strengths and empower them.

d. To conduct programmes customised to students’ needs and integrated to the school’s efforts in character development in consultation with the school.

**3. **Youth Personnel Deployment**

a. Volunteer management: Liaise with and guide individual volunteers and volunteer groups to achieve the objectives of the centre.

b. Assist with onboarding new part-time youth workers

c. Data Collection: Collate and document data gathered by youth workers for administrative purposes

d. Assist with relevant youth personnel deployment matters

**Technical Competencies**:
Ability to engage youth in a group setting and in 1-1 settings
People skills, as well as administration and planning skills

Basic data collection and analysis competency

Basic technological competency

**Core Competencies**:
Resilient, Committed and Passionate about youths

Able to work independently and is a good team player

**Preferred achievements / characteristics**:
Experience in Outreach/Publicity/Marketing

Experience with youth work and working with stakeholders
