The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.
The team is composed of Policy, Operations, Risk, and Data specialists working cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Sales, Product, Engineering, PR, and Legal) to design and optimize ad policies, manage moderation processes, and build scalable systems driving efficiencies within our integrity mechanisms. This team is critical in working together to solve large scale issues that have significant global impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, coach, assess, and develop the site trainers and coordinate their work as needed
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions
- Deliver training as needed to support the initiatives
- Plan, communicate, manage, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities of day-to-day operations for the training team
- Continually evaluate training solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability
- Assist with the development and support of a Learning Management System and other scalable learning solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role with direct team management responsibility in the technology, martech or adtech industry
- 8+ years of training experience
- Strong track record of identifying training needs and leading development of group and individual learning paths as well as managing the training function
- Experiment and drive internal adoption of learning technology
- Ability to evaluate impact and effectiveness
- Ability to identify, prioritize, build, and test strategies to improve business outcomes with agility
- Collaborative with internal and external teams to ensure aggressive training targets are achieved and the team is empowered to deliver expected results
- Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or MBA
- Experience consulting with sales leaders and senior stakeholders to plan and execute an effective training and development strategy for a large media sales team
- Analytically strong with an interest in assessing results, anticipating learning needs, and devising appropriate training interventions
