Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
As the Head of Market Integrity and Enablement for Trust & Safety, APAC, you are the glue that ensures our programs and systems work together across our many apps to protect users and creators. You'll be accountable for regional business metrics for APAC region in partnership with our internal teams and you'll lead teams to drive key insights and solutions within the APAC region.
**What you will be doing**
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify key risks, manage emergencies and potential challenges, and be the voice of our Trust and Safety (TnS) efforts in the APAC region.
- Drive strategic projects addressing key regional priorities and see through the implementation to ensure content and community safety by bringing together other TnS functions to support their efforts.
- Provide leadership and critical inputs to issues especially where problems in the region are prevalent and/or severe.
- Support local regulatory needs in partnership with our legal, government relations, and operations teams.
- Lead TnS through market specific product launches.
- Manage large scale regional projects to enable APAC regional success in business and people strategies while ensuring global standards remain consistent.
**What you will bring with you**
- You have 14+ years of program management/ strategy/ analytics experience and stakeholder management in the field of safety/ risk control/ anti-spam strategy.
- You have 4+ years of experience leading a high-performing team and building relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners, across geographies.
- You can quickly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them and deliver feasible solutions.
- You are highly data-sensitive, capable of in-depth data interpretation; strategic thinking, agility in responding, capable of in-depth data interpretation and insights extraction.
- You have experience in managing a high performance team in a multi-cultural environment.
