**YOUR ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity for an all-rounded individual to grow within a VC-backed start-up. As an **Acquisitions Intern**, you will be working closely with your Acquisitions Manager to support the team’s efforts in deal origination, company evaluation, and execution of our M&A investments. You will get to interact with e-commerce business owners and hear first-hand their inspirational stories about how they built their brands into multi-million-dollar businesses.
- Originate a high-quality funnel of acquisition targets and conduct preliminary evaluation of potential M&A investment opportunities of ecommerce brands.
- Support our investments team with the commercial and financial due diligence of potential M&A deals.
- Assist in structuring referral agreements and partnerships with industry multipliers to generate high quality inbound leads.
- Assist in managing our deal database and pipeline.
- Conduct competitor and sector analyses on new opportunities to gain a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape in Asia Pacific.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Past internship experience, ideally in PE / VC, investment banking, sales, e-commerce, high growth start-ups in relevant industries, or consulting.
- Graduating from a top-tier university.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Charismatic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid project planning and management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and wants to help us turn Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn.
- Passion for ecommerce / retail / brands.
- Experience with ecommerce businesses, brand / category management, and/or Amazon FBA is a strong plus, but not required.
