Legal & Compliance Counsel

Role
As the Legal & Compliance Counsel, you will assume the official role of "Data Protection Officer" and "Compliance Officer'' for the company and its subsidiaries.
You are the main point of contact to provide day-to-day legal and compliance support within Company Group.
- You will play a central role to help create, input into, and enforce, a robust framework of reporting & compliance.
- Assist in the development, review and updating of all Company's policies and procedures, primarily in the areas of data protection, privacy and anti-money laundering legislations
- To supervise and provide oversight of the leasing and sales administration (Sale and Leasing of units developed and/or owned by the Company Group)
- Negotiate, review, draft and prepare legal documents, such as, purchase and sale agreements, leases, subleases, licenses, letters of offer across Company Group's entire real estate portfolio,
- Ability to manage numerous assignments/projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters from the complex matters to the routine standard matters.
You should have:
- Degree in Law or relevant discipline and relevant working experience in legal and compliance
- Experience in PDPA, contracts and compliance matter in a corporate environment
- Relevant working experience in industry such as property real estate and finance will be an added advantage

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
