**Description**:

- The **Baggage Transformation**team oversees the implementation of the Baggage Transformation Programme, drives key strategic initiatives, and oversees ongoing digitalisation and organisation projects that will shape the future of Changi Airport’s Baggage Operations and Experience, by working closely with internal and external airport stakeholders involved intimately in Baggage Operations. This role reports to the team lead of the Baggage Transformation team:

- You will drive the development and obtain approvals from senior management for key projects
- You will engage airport stakeholders for buy-in and support of new initiatives, and promote collaboration and cross sharing of data real-time
- You will drive the change management and implementation of the key projects to enable proactive management of baggage via data driven capabilities, improve operational processes and passenger experience in Changi Airport
- You will support the Baggage Transformation team lead in planning, budgeting, tracking, and executing the Baggage Transformation Programme
- Requirements:

- Highly motivated, independent, resourceful, and adaptable team player
- Enjoys problem-solving and challenging the status quo
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of both senior management and operations staff
- Comfortable in using presentation tools and spreadsheet/data analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft suite of tools and any other digital tools to aid in work)
- Familiarity/interest to work with modern database and information system technologies is a plus
- Experience in airport or ground handling operations with background in project management or change management roles will be advantageous
