Our client is a Top Tier Strategy Consulting firm who are renowned for their cutting-edge Technology Practice. You will work alongside their Digital Strategy and traditional Strategy Practices, increasing their deep Tech. capability to advise clients on end to end enterprise transformations.

**The Position**:

- As a Principal, within the team you will assume responsibility for the technology strategy and tech solutioning portion of the engagements.
- Engagements will encompass both detailed Architecture and Development topics as well as guidance on adopting Agile and Devops methodologies
- Work closely with client CIO and CTO stakeholders to architect enterprise level technology transformations across industry sectors, but with considerable focus on Banking and Financial Services.

**You**:

- A Senior level **Banking Technology Consulting **with a technical background in Development and Enterprise / Solution Architecture and Technology Strategy.
- Ideally from **a Strategy consulting background** or a Bank,afocusing on projects including;
- Tech modernisation; taking a client through a journey from legacy IT to a modern best in class IT environment, including new ways of working.
- Building digital solutions; helping to define a new solution or product for the market, using a technology solution to help differentiate customer experience
- Building new digital businesses; led or been a part of building a digital only venture, whether that’s a bank, telco, media OTT provider etc.
- Confident working from a blank canvas to imagine a new way of servicing customers.
- Strong architecture background; ability to identify client requirements and map those to high level architecture solutions and be hands on to lead a team to design and implement specific architecture outcomes.
- Preferably software engineering knowledge, experience of writing in multiple languages and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, including principles like DevOps and Agile.
- Technical knowledge of Cloud, API’s, DevOps, Agile, big data technologies, automation
