Singapore MARINE PARADE COMMUNITY SPACE LTD. Full time

The Caregiver Support Network (CSN) programme by MPCSL was started in 2022 to look after the needs of caregivers in Marine Parade. The programme has benefited the lives of many and is now expanding into the neighbouring Kembangan-Chai Chee (KCC) constituency.

The Programme Manager (PM) will work with the Head, CSN to implement and establish this programme in KCC.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Programme Management
- Conduct needs-assessment and onboard eligible caregivers onto the programme.
- Organise, curate and manage workshops and activities for caregivers.
- Promptly attend to requests of caregivers wrt to caregiving needs till satisfactory completion.
- Conduct regular house visits and phone calls to engage caregivers.
- Liaise with stakeholders and community partners to identify potential caregivers.
- Participate and perform outreach efforts during roadshows and events.

Review & Evaluate Programme’s Initiatives
- Ability to build rapport and engage caregivers across all demographics to find out gaps and needs.
- Review current initiatives/ activities (e.g. workshops, relevant resources) and identity growth areas.
- Plan and execute programme evaluation processes e.g. quantitative/qualitative surveys, and focused group discussions etc.
- Implement initiatives with proper structure and process i.e. collateral design, publicity campaigning, officially launching the programme etc.

Financial Planning and Management
- Oversee the annual budget planning exercise and track income and expenditure of the programme.

**Required Competencies**

Technical Competencies
- Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences
- Fluent and well-spoken in English and Mandarin Chinese/ Bahasa Melayu
- Minimum 3 years of work experience. Experience in social services/ community care / healthcare sectors would be would be advantageous
- Have a good understanding of healthcare schemes and social service landscape
- Ability to analyse data and outcomes to determine trends and identify gaps
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in marketing, design work, and social media would be advantageous.

Core Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently, from conception to completion.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple stakeholders, including MPCSL’s Patrons and Board of Directors
