**Responsibilities**:
As a Visual merchandising intern, you will support the development of retail displays and merchandising materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams on store events and campaigns. Additionally, you’ll contribute creative input for product launches and in-store visuals while assisting with documentation and reporting for merchandising projects. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about gaming, design, and retail innovation.
1. Event Visual & Creative support
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support store/partnerships events and campaigns display setup
- Support Visual Merchandising team to develop creative assets creation and graphics layout for store events, campaigns, partnerships

2. New Product Introductions (NPIs) Creative Execution
- Contribute ideas and perspectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs), in-store displays, and window visuals to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute campaigns and product launches effectively
- Manage and plan the VM execution based on stores need and limitation

3. In-store promotional assets development
- Design promotional materials to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Assist in development of retail displays and merchandising materials
- Preparation of visuals for various formats

4. Visual Merchandising Support
- Source and procure visual merchandising tools and materials as needed.
- Review monthly VM reports to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent standards.

5. Administrative Tasks
- Assist in creating documentation, guidelines, and reports for merchandising projects to ensure consistency and efficient execution.

**Pre-Requisites**
- Efficient in computer aided 2D drawings and 3D visualization
- Ability to read floorplans and construction drawings
- Strong eye for aesthetics, details, graphic design, materials and space
- Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Excel, Autocad, Vray or 3D software of choice.
- Fresh graduates OR current students pursuing further studies in design or industrial design
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months for optimal learning exposure
