**This is what you’ll do**

**Supply Quality Management**
- Ensure timely feedback to warehouse team and supplier for any non-conformance or quality deficiency for the supplied items.
- Periodically monitor supplier performance based on the rejected items during incoming and production as well as the responses on actions taken for those rejected items.
- Prepare necessary documentation for the point (2) above as part of periodic reporting to Quality Manager, include the improvement action that Supplier has taken.
- Conduct desktop audit or site audit to existing or new supplier for existing or new ingredients
- Perform data analysis including supplier OKR on root cause and corrective action and preventive action for supplier improvement and monitor effectiveness check on supplier improvement actions
- Analyse supplier monitoring performance metric and driving supplier performance improvement
- Organize monthly supplier meeting, issue, review, monitor external CPAR and supplier performance monitoring and supplier quality improvements
- Review and accept identified root cause and planned corrective actions by external parties, including supplier, vendor, service provider in CPAR
- Review and verify the corrective actions and preventive actions completed by external parties, including supplier, vendor, service provider in CPAR
- Review, evaluate, monitor new supplier or existing supplier with extended scope
- Review and monitor on supplier change request, necessary trials, results, and data analysis

**Compliance Management**
- Conduct training and audit for quality programs in Cocoba, and external parties, including suppliers, vendors and service providers including 5S, GMP, Food Safety and Sanitation Procedures.
- Ensure necessary SOPs established to accommodate requirements of statutory and customer requirement.
- Conduct inspection or audit programs and schedules and to carry out the inspection and audit accordingly.
- QA testing arrangement under annual surveillance program, data analysis and reporting deriving from quality improvement program and cost saving initiatives
- Review of iAuditor data to fulfil food safety program
- Perform data analysis on iAuditor Dashboard and driving QC improvements
- Work with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, or relevant departments whenever there is supplier quality issue
- Perform weekly or monthly factory inspection at Production, Warehouse, DC on rotation

**Audit Management**
- Conduct yearly audit on all departments in Cocoba, and external parties including suppliers, vendors, service providers related to food safety management systems.
- Ensure all quality documentation and reports are in placed, ensure collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
- Assist in the validation quality processes; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; manage the updating of quality assurance procedures.

**Factory Quality Control Management**
- Ensure that Company Policies and Quality procedures in Cocoba, and external parties including suppliers, vendors, service providers are effectively carried out.
- Work closely with production crews to ensure smooth production and ensure all production crews follow the factory operating procedures, processes, and compliance to food safety, quality standard and statutory laws.
- Ensure the quality of raw materials and indirect materials are inspected before production begins.
- Ensure quality of finished products produced are according to established standard.
- Ensure inspection activities are executed and documented by QC Inspectors as per SOPs.
- Conduct regular training related to Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and factory work procedures to production leaders and crews.

**Efficiency**
- Conduct regular inspection and review of all work processes including supplier and vendors operations to ensure quality assurance and controlling are in placed and aligned with company goals and in accordance with supplier quality standards set by the company and authorities.
- Execute new and existing quality management system
