**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Operation & Maintenance**:Operate and maintain production equipment related to medical coating processes (e.g., spraying, dipping, curing) and/or tubing production (e.g., extrusion, cutting, forming).
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Assist in equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to established procedures and work instructions.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or potential issues to the appropriate personnel.
- **Production Process Execution**:Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
Monitor production processes and parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, speed, coating thickness) to ensure they are within specified limits.
Accurately document production activities, including batch records, process parameters, and any deviations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**:Identify and troubleshoot process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and quality issues.
Participate in problem-solving activities to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians, engineers, or supervisors as needed.
- **Process Improvement & Optimization**:Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Provide input and suggestions for process modifications and equipment upgrades.
Assist in the development and validation of new processes and equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**:Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Identify and report any unsafe conditions or practices.
Participate in safety training and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:For Technician role: Diploma or vocational training in a technical field (e.g., Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Materials Science, Mechanical).
For Engineer role: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Materials Science).
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment within a closely related industry.
- **Skills**:Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work instructions, and SOPs.
Proficient in using basic measurement tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, Microsoft Office).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specific coating technologies or tubing materials relevant to our products.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
