**Customer Service Officer - Freight Forwarding**

SBS Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd is an international third-party logistics (3PL) business group dealing with Import, Export and Cross trade for Air and Sea freight forwarding together with warehousing activity to complete and fulfill customers’ requirements. SBS Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd have a strong presence across the Asia market. SBS Group Headquarter is based in Tokyo, Japan and Southeast Asia Regional HQ in Singapore.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Track and trace shipments as required
- Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers
- Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
- Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Meet compliance at all times to regulations.
- Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain (Freight Forwarding) industry.
- Experience in air, sea export documentation, permit declaration.
- Familiar with incoterms.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently with pro-active attitude.
